The Cavity Eye pressure sensors are available in different dimensions and maximum load, so the first step is to find the right sensors for the selected measuring positions. The Cavity Eye sensors are always installed in an indirect cavity pressure measurement layout. The most common design is to place the sensors in the clamping plate, where the pressure is transferred via ejector and transfer pins. The pressure inside the cavity during the injection acts as a force on the ejector pin, which is directly linked with a transfer pin. The head of the transfer pin lays on the measuring pin of the pressure sensor, thus the information is indirectly transferred from the cavity to the sensors.
Please note that we are not distributing the PC type sensors. The PC type sensors here are only for information purposes. The following table helps you in choosing the right sensor for your mold.
