How does the Pilot Project work?
Define the challenge
Following an NDA, we review the selected product, recurring quality issues and the related financial and capacity losses to understand the current situation and define measurable project goals.
Engineering & project planning
Based on the 3D mold design and technical information, our engineering team prepares the feasibility study, measurement concept, project plan and quotation for both services and hardware.
Implementation & training
The project starts with a 3–5 day on-site visit, including technology installation, commissioning, initial production analysis and practical training for your team.
Production support
During the 3–6 month pilot period, we support your team with continuous data analysis and regular online consultations to identify root causes, define improvement actions and track the results.
Final evaluation
The project concludes with another on-site visit where we compare the achieved results with the original baseline and evaluate the next steps.
