This year, Cavity Eye Hungary Kft. will exhibit for the sixth time at the Fakuma fair which will be held on 17-21. October in Friedrichshafen, Germany. Our vision is to provide solutions for injection molding companies that give them business and competitive advantage.With the technologies we offer, we can observe the changes in the parameters that affect the product quality at factory level. By collecting and processing this information with our network-based product, data-based decisions can be made.

The only investment that does not amortize is knowledge. That is why we believe that broadening our knowledge is the path to success and by investing in it, innovative companies can stand out as a result. By combining objective measurement results and appropriate knowledge, the operation of the plant can become more efficient and the decision-making process transparent.

As every year, at the fair we will present significant developments such as our new generation pressure measuring instrument and network product, which are parts of the product family named the MOLDi. One of the biggest advantages of the system is the simple expandability and network-based operation, which will be one of the defining elements of the injection molding of the future. Our goal is to collect data from as many sources as possible, which can be used and analyzed to create a well-regulated process. In this way, we know the reasons for the changes in advance, instead of having to guess or rush to gather the information.

Our renewed training system is now available not only in Hungarian, but also in English. Participants of the Cavity Eye course can gain immediately usable and valuable knowledge. Besides theory, there is 50% practice, during which participants can try out different measurements and practical “tricks” on the 3 injection molding machines at our headquarters.

The same tool maker, raw material and injection molding machine are available to everyone on the market. We believe that manufacturing companies are not primarily stand out from the competition by the type and age of their machinery, but rather by the knowledge of their people and the processes.
